Package sent back ? This happens due to insufficient address when filling out your mailing address double check and make sure to include your full address including house/apartment/unit/etc. The buyer must pay the additional shipping fee to have the items sent to the correct address. 

Received wrong product? If the wrong item was sent to you by mistake please email oglashh@yahoo.com.  Please make sure you add a subject to your email, proof of purchase, and a picture of the items you received. 

Incorrect address? The customer still has an opportunity to input the correct address as long as they have not received a tracking number. To fix the incorrect email please email oglashh and add a subject to your email for a faster reply

 

Product issue? Customer will have a 30 days to report any product issues. Customer must send OG lash an email with the following : order number, pictures of the product, and a detailed email of the issue. After 30 days Oglashh is not responsible for any issues.
